These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FashionBay website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

FashionBay is a retail business operating from Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is referred to below as "we", "us" or "the Store".

1. Who may order

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
• You must provide accurate delivery details — full name, complete address, PIN code and a reachable phone number and email address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details supplied by you.
• Orders may be refused or cancelled where we suspect fraud, misuse, bulk resale, or a fraudulent payment instrument.

2. Products, descriptions and availability

• We make every effort to describe each item accurately, including its condition, dimensions and included accessories.
• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and its brightness/colour settings. This is a display difference, not a defect.
• Watch dimensions (case diameter, lug width, strap length) are approximate and stated in millimetres.
• Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order but before we dispatch, we will contact you and cancel that line with a full refund.
• We may modify, discontinue or withdraw any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• Where a price has been listed in error — for example due to a technical fault — we may correct it and cancel the affected order. If we do, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you pay.

4. Orders and payment

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay) using UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking. We do not store your full card number or UPI credentials on our servers.
• An order is only accepted once payment is successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation.
• All online transactions are subject to the gateway's own terms and to the rules of your bank or UPI provider.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation.
• Delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on destination and courier coverage.
• Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
• Delays caused by logistics providers, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please read the Shipping & Delivery page for the full procedure, including our open-box video requirement.

6. Returns, refunds and replacements

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Replacements are available only for items damaged in transit, and only with a continuous unboxing video. The complete policy — including exactly how to record and submit the video — is set out on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any statutory right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.

7. Warranty

Items may carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. What is and is not covered is described on the Warranty Policy page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — product photographs, written descriptions, page text, graphics, logos and the website design and code — is owned by or licensed to FashionBay and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or re-publish our catalogue or photographs;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected database;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the normal operation of the website;
• place orders using stolen payment credentials or false identities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from the ordinary wear and tear of a product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
